Almost Time!

The countdown is on until we can see flocks like this one spiraling down on top of our blinds!  We are busy getting all of our gear in tip top shape and replacing the stuff that is broke or wore out.  The cold is keeping the birds south for now but we could use some snow in the midwest to help hold the snows when they get up to Mound City.  We don't need another spring where we have to move north to South Dakota over night again during the first week of March!

We still have some weekday spots available as of right now but they are going fast.  Give Bryce of myself a call and we'll get you in on some phenominal snow goose hunting!

End Of The Year

We were lucky enough that Santa Claus brought us brand new geese for Christmas which made for great end of the season hunts!  Just when we thought the fat lady was starting to sing on the 2012 season we got blessed with fresh geese that were willing to put on a great show.  The last 3 days of the season gave us great hunting and some beautiful decoying birds.  Thursday the 27th we were able to get Ashley her first goose which was really neat to see.  Then on Friday the 28th we had a great 21 goose shoot to finish off the canada goose season!

Thursday's Hunt and Ashley's 1st Goose!

Bryce's trailer after hitting a deer on Thursday!  Can anyone say tenderloins?!

The Crew After Filling a Last Day's Limit

We would like to thank all people that came out and hunted with us this last canada goose season.  We saw some old faces again and met quite a bit of new people.  Overall it was another amazing year at Last Pass Guide Service.  We are very blessed to have the crew of guys and the loyal clients that come and hunt with us year after year.  Thank You very much to everyone!!!

Also with one hunting season ending, another one begins.  We hate to say good bye to the canada goose but we now can say hello to the snows!  It's only a few weeks away and we are busy dumping canada decoys and changing the trailers over to snow goose sets.  Its looking like a normal year for snows and we're hoping for a little more cold weather and snow so these birds can't just cruise north like they did last year.  If anyone hasn't booked yet we still have a few weekdays open but its starting to get pretty booked up.  Give myself of Bryce a call and we will try to get you in on the dates you want to hunt.
